Has there ever been a widespread fraud issue in the NCAA that USC wasn’t a part of?

University of Chicago did it first, but with better, self-aware quotes despising their team and the sport itself.
“In many colleges, it is possible for a boy to win 12 letters without learning how to write one,” Robert Maynard Hutchins, president of Univ. of Chicago pushing to disband the team.
So the long tradition of seeing how many black eyes you can give a school before it negatively impacts society’s opinion on the academics has long been tested by football. More recently shooty hoops by places like UNC.
